What is your exchange policy? All goods sold are non-refundable/ non-exchangeable. Please present your original receipt and defective item within 7 days from date of purchase back to the store where the purchase is made. Item must be in new and original condition with price tag attached. Condition of item will be checked by Staff to determine eligibility of an exchange.

Can I reserve an item at POPULAR store? Yes. Please call the store to check the availability of the item you wish to reserve. Provide your name and contact number and we will reserve the item for 3 days only.
Do you provide delivery? You can enjoy free delivery with a min. spend of $300. Delivery areas exclude Jurong Island and Changi Airpot.
What payment options do you accept? We accept payment via Cash, Nets, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB) and also contactless payment.
If your POPULAR card is still valid, you will be able to renew on the App. Just tap on CARD, then tap on RENEW MEMBERSHIP.
If your POPULAR card has expired for more than 2 months, you will not be able to renew your membership. You will need to sign up for a new membership.
Can I sign up for a new membership on POPULAR SG App? Yes, you can. Simply register for a POPULAR SG App account using your email address, tap on CARD and click on PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP.

I signed-up/renewed a 1-Year/3-Year membership on POPULAR SG App, why does my e-Card reflect a shorter expiry date? This is a temporary card which you can use to enjoy member privileges while we process your application. It will be updated to the actual membership card number and expiry date within 4 weeks of application.
Will I still receive a physical card if I sign up/renew via POPULAR SG App? Yes, a physical card will still be mailed to you within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of application. If you do not require a physical card, you can write to membership@popularworld.com.

Can I download my POPULAR e-Card on other card storage Apps? No, we only accept POPULAR e-Card on POPULAR SG app.

I cannot register another account for my child using my email address, why is this so? Your email address acts as your username, therefore the same email address/username cannot be used to register for another account. Register for a second account with another email address/username for your child.
