Q. How do I register?
A. To start, you have to register an account with POPULAR Online.

For Quick Registration,
1. Go to

3. Fill in your email and password and click Sign Up.
4. Your account is now setup and you can proceed with your ordering.

Once you've signed up, you can click on My Account at the top of the page to view, edit or provide more information of your profile.

MEMBERSHIP (Singapore POPULAR Member cards only)

Q. How do I link my POPULAR Member card to my Online account?
A. After you have registered an Online account and Login to our website, please click on ‘My Account’ and ‘Link My POPULAR Card’.

Q. I have linked my POPULAR Member card, will I receive my Member’s discount instantly?
A. If your card is valid and linked to your Online account, you will see the discount at the Checkout page.


Q. Why there are only English books on your website?
A. We are launching our website in phases, other products like Textbook, Assessment Book,
Stationery, etc. will be launched in the next phase soon.


Q. How do I place my order?
1. Select the books that you want, choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
2. Go to the Shopping Cart and click Checkout.
3. Select Existing or Add new Billing Address, Mode of Delivery, Mode of Payment, then view your order summary and click Confirm.
4. You will be guided to PayPal page to complete your payment.
5. Once payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation on screen and via your registered email.

Q. What is My WishList?
A. My Wishlist contains a list of items you selected for your reference or for future purchase.

Q. Can I change items or cancel my order?
A. You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and paid.

Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A. All books, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:

 • Books received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong books are delivered.
 • Book is damaged or not in desired condition upon delivery.

All reporting of above situation must be made within 3 days upon receiving of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification.

Q. How can I check or track my order?
A. You can check your order status on MY ACCOUNT / ORDER HISTORY.

If your order has shipped, you can track your order on shipper website with the tracking code provided in MY ACCOUNT or your SMS delivery message sent out by TA-Q-BIN for local delivery.


Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express Card and PayPal.

Customer can also use our POPULAR Online eVoucher and POPULAR Points to offset part of or full payment at Checkout.


Q. What are your shipping types and charges?

Select Self Collection if you wish to collect from any POPULAR store. No delivery charge applies.

LOCAL Delivery
 • Orders S$70 and above – Free
 • Orders below S$70 – Delivery Charge S$7

 • Shipping Charge depends on the shipping location and weight of the items.
 • You can view your Shipping Charge at Checkout after you entered your Shipping Address.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Depending on stock availability and origin of supply, you should receive your order within 18 days. (Please note that 18 days is just a guide, actual days may varies)

Q. Why do you need up to 18 days to deliver my order?
A. Upon confirmation of an order, some products may have to be shipped from our overseas suppliers who have stock of the products. When this happen, we will need more days to fulfill your order.

Q. What if I'm not home for my delivery (local delivery)?

A. If nobody is at home when our courier arrived at your home for delivery, Our courier TA-Q-BIN will drop a non-delivery slip at your doorstep. You can arrange for re-delivery with TA-Q-BIN directly with the hotline provided or make arrangement online at TA-Q-BIN website.

Q. What if I'm not home for my delivery (overseas delivery)?

A. When an order is delivered to an international address (non-Singapore) and found to be undeliverable (e.g. no person is able to receive or when our courier is unable to locate the address), our courier would leave a white card informing customer to contact them for free re-delivery arrangement. Failing to hear from customer, our courier will attempt to contact the Recipient and if however the Recipient is non-contactable, a re-delivery attempt may be made again and then after, the parcel will be abandoned. Once the parcel is abandoned, POPULAR will consider that order as delivered and will not entertain any re-delivery or refund. It is IMPORTANT to note that is it the responsibility of the Customer to ensure the address is deliverable.

Q. Is there any No-Delivery Zones?
A. Yes. POPULAR Online aims to deliver to as many places as possible. However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore:

If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to pick up at our retail store at no additional charge or set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address!


Q. What are POPULAR Points?

A. POPULAR Points are issued when a customer purchase at POPULAR Online.

Total number of POPULAR Points issued depends on the total amount invoiced and charged to Customer Credit Card.

For every $1 spent on POPULAR Online, One (1) POPULAR Point will be awarded.
S$1.00 can be redeemed with every 15 POPULAR Points at Checkout.

Q. Where can I view my POPULAR Points?
A. You can view your POPULAR Points in MY ACCOUNT.

Q. Will my POPULAR Points expire?
A. POPULAR Points will expire One (1) year from the month the POPULAR Points are awarded

Q. Are there items I cannot purchase using POPULAR Points?
A. POPULAR Points cannot be used to purchase POPULAR Membership and eVoucher on our website.

Q. If I buy two items worth $20, Payment is made with $10 worth of POPULAR Points which is 150 points and $10 by credit card. One item worth $12 is out-of –stock and could not be delivered. What refund payment mode will I receive?
A. In our Online Store Policy, we will refund POPULAR Points first before other payment mode. So for above case, refund will be 150 points and $2 by credit card.

E-VOUCHER (currently unavailable until further notice)

Q. How do I buy eVoucher?
A. Click on 'eVouchers' link on our website.

Select the voucher type you wish to purchase ($10.00 and $50.00).
Click “Send Voucher to a Friend” if you intend to send the voucher to another person. Enter the Recipient’s Name, Email address, Message for recipient and eVoucher quantity. Note that the email address is very important as by entering a wrong or invalid email address, the recipient will not receive the eVoucher and the eVoucher may end up with someone else.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you enter is correct. POPULAR Online will not be responsible and will not be able to cancel or stop any eVoucher once the order is completed.

To purchase more eVouchers, simply click on the eVouchers link again and continue with above steps.

Q. How do I use eVoucher?
A. eVoucher can be applied upon Checkout by entering the eVoucher redemption code. eVoucher can only be used on POPULAR Online Website.

Q. If I use two $10 eVouchers for total $16 purchase, what will happen to remaining $4 in eVoucher?
A. The Reminding $4 will be forfeited. We will suggest you only use a $10 eVoucher and pay the remaining $6 by credit card or PayPal.
