Q. Can you ensure my privacy, or will my personal information be shared with other companies?
A. Your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade e-mail addresses of any collected information and is used for internal purposes only.
Security
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
A. At POPULAR, protecting your information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all the given information including credit card number, name and address. The encryption ensures that nothing can be read while data transmits across the Internet. In addition, all the given data is protect against unauthorized access.
To be sure your connection is secure, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active and your information is secure. Most browsers offer additional security alerts, as well.
With regard to overall security, you are encouraged to use a browser that supports 128 bit SSL encryption or a higher encryption standard. We always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.
Payment
Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept only Visa, Mastercard, Cheque* and Telegraphic Transfer payments. International customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars inclusive of 7% GST (all charges are in Singapore Dollars), so the bank that owns your credit card must support payment in this manner. You'll be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.
*Cheque payment is only applicable for Local (Singapore) orders.
Delivery
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. We provide Local and International Delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Information for detail.
Q. When will I receive my package?
A. That depends on where one resides. Basically it takes 2 to 4 business days for Local (Singapore) and about 6 to 17 business days for International shipments.
Q. Can you gift wrap my order?
A. At this time, we are not able to provide gift wrap options for all orders but we hope to in the future.
Order Status
Q. How can I confirm my order?
A. At the time you place your order, you will receive an online confirmation that we have received your order. If you do not receive our auto order confirmation email, please kindly inform our Customer Service.
Returns and Cancellations
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after credit card has been authorized and approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading all terms and conditions. However, you can cancel an order if there is a strong, valid reason for the cancellation. Cancellation charge is applicable for every cancellation of an order. Please note the following cancellation charges:
- A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon ordering.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

A. All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchange except for the following :
Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
Product is found to be faulty.
Q. Where do I return/exchange merchandise?
A. You may contact our Customer Service to arrange for any return/exchange of merchandise.
