You will assist the Operations Manager in the control and management functions of the retail outlet to ensure smooth daily operations of the store as well as to achieve optimal results of the monthly key performance measures. You are also responsible for achieving optimal sales, merchandise mix and stock holding.
Prerequisites :
•
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
•
Minimum 2 - 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in the book retail industry.
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and effectively bilingual.
•
A positive team leader who is able to work well under pressure.
•
Possess strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
You will assist the Store Manager in supervising and training the Retail Assistants in customer service and strive to achieve the sales target for the store. Other duties include daily store operations and customer service on the shopfloor.
Prerequisites :
•
Diploma in any discipline. Those without Diploma but with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience may also apply.
•
Effectively bilingual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
•
Positive work attitude with a service oriented mindset.
You will be responsible for processing the various payment transactions according to the required procedures, handling cash and operating the cash register with accuracy.
Prerequisites :
•
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels.
•
Minimum 1 year of cashiering experience.
•
Effectively bilingual with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
•
Positive work attitude with a service oriented mindset.
