1. I have lost my POPULAR Adult or Student Card, how do I replace it?
- If your card is 3 months or less to expiry, you may either make early renewal or pay $3 to replace your card.
- If your card is more than 3 months to expiry, you can pay $3 to replace your card.
- You may contact Card Membership Department at 6462 9555 to arrange for an early renewal or replacement of your card.
2. How do I notify POPULAR about change of address?

3. Fill up a Feedback Form from any of the POPULAR branches
3. When will I expect to receive my renewal letter?
- You will receive your renewal letter 6 weeks before the expiry of your card.
4. I applied for a POPULAR card at one of your POPULAR outlets. How long does it take to
process my card?
- The processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks. A temporary card valid for 3 months is issued to you while your permanent card is being processed.
5. Can I terminate my POPULAR membership card?
- Payment made for application of POPULAR membership is strictly non-refundable. You may choose not to renew your card upon the expiry of your membership.
6. Can I change the name on my membership card?
- Only legal change of name is allowed with supporting documents such as Deed Poll or new NRIC bearing the same NRIC number. If your card is 3 months or less to expiry, you may either make early renewal or pay S$3 to reprint the card under your new name.
7. Can I change the NRIC or Passport number on my membership card?
- Only legal change of NRIC or Passport number is allowed with supporting documents such as Deed Poll or new NRIC/Passport bearing same NRIC/Passport number. If your card is 3 months or less to expiry, you may either make early renewal or pay S$3 to reprint the card under the new NRIC/Passport number.
8. Can POPULAR membership card be printed in Company's name instead of personal name?
- NO, POPULAR membership is strictly PERSONAL.
